Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 10 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits, cut in half
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 375° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Place biscuits on top and brush with margarine.
- Bake until brown.
