Ingredients
- 4 c. diced chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can peas and carrots, drained
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. butter (not oleo)
Method
- Mix chicken, soup, broth and drained peas and carrots.
- Mix flour, baking powder, buttermilk and butter; spread on top of first mixture.
- Place ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan, greased.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
