Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Tomato Bruschetta Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) pita chips
  • 1/2 cup CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Coat chicken, in batches, with coating mix as directed on package; place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min.
  • or until done.
  • Meanwhile, spread pita chips onto large ovenproof plate.
  • Top chips with chicken, pasta sauce and cheese.
  • Bake 5 min.
  • or until cheese is melted.
