Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can Veg-All or frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sweet milk
Method
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Debone.
- Line casserole dish with chicken.
- Mix chicken broth, chicken soup and 1/2 can water and pour over chicken.
- If you want to add vegetables, add Veg-All or you can use frozen vegetables to mixture before you pour it over chicken.
- Mix oleo, self-rising flour and sweet milk.
- This will be soupy.
- Spoon over pie.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
