Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can Veg-All or frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sweet milk

Method

  • Boil chicken until tender.
  • Debone.
  • Line casserole dish with chicken.
  • Mix chicken broth, chicken soup and 1/2 can water and pour over chicken.
  • If you want to add vegetables, add Veg-All or you can use frozen vegetables to mixture before you pour it over chicken.
  • Mix oleo, self-rising flour and sweet milk.
  • This will be soupy.
  • Spoon over pie.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
