Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans chicken and broccoli soup
  • 2 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 3 shakes garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 3 shakes of parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 small pkg. pasta
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Skin and debone chicken.
  • Saute chicken, onion and mushrooms in the tablespoon of oil.
  • Saute until the chicken is done and the onion is tender.
  • Add both cans of soup.
  • Cook the pasta.
  • Drain. Add the soup mixture.
  • Cook the broccoli.
  • Add to the soup and pasta mixture.
  • Add everything else.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top.
