Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. Minute rice (2 c.)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Method
- Mix rice, soup and water together.
- Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Place chicken on top of mixture.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
- Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Don't peek.
