Ingredients

  • 1 Package of cubed chicken boneless
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 3/4 chicken stick
  • 2 Tblsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 package of sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt & pepper. Heat Olive oil in skillet add chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • In a small bowl mix broth and flour. Add broth mixture and remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat to boiling reduce heat cook for 5 more minutes on very low heat.
