Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 7 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (170F).
- Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.
- Add tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared dinner; mix lightly.
- Top with the chicken.
