Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken; cook 7 min.
  • on each side or until cooked through (170F).
  • Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.
  • Add tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared dinner; mix lightly.
  • Top with the chicken.
