Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tsp cornstarch

Method

  • TO MAKE MARINATE: Combine the soya sauce,red chili powder,vinegar,garlic and green chiles.
  • Mix well.
  • On the chicken wing, push the meat down to one end.
  • Marinate the wings for AT LEAST 1/2 hour.
  • Remove the wings from the marinate and add the cornstarch to the marinate also add 1 tablespoon water to make a batter.
  • Dip the wings in the batter and deep fry.
  • They are now ready to serve..
