Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken piece
  • 3 -4 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 5 -6 green chilies
  • salt, as desired
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method

  • Fry sliced onions in oil till light brown.Add chicken pieces and stir them in oil for 3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and let the chicken cook with 4 cups water till nearly done. Lastly add the green chillies and cook for more 5 to 6 minutes. Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
