Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut in 24 pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in 24 pieces
- 1 apple, cut in 24 pieces
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- You will also need 12 (6-inch) long skewers.
- On each skewer, alternate chicken, green pepper and apple.
- Repeat once.
- Place kabobs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Combine lemon juice with oil.
- Brush on kabobs.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Makes 4 servings.
