Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut in 24 pieces
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut in 24 pieces
  • 1 apple, cut in 24 pieces
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Method

  • You will also need 12 (6-inch) long skewers.
  • On each skewer, alternate chicken, green pepper and apple.
  • Repeat once.
  • Place kabobs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine lemon juice with oil.
  • Brush on kabobs.
  • Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Makes 4 servings.
