Ingredients
- 2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 whole lemon
Method
- Cut chicken breasts in half.
- Coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry in oil until brown and set aside.
- Return cooked cutlets to pan.
- Add all of broth.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
- Add parsley flakes. Stir.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
