Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
- 12 asparagus spears fresh
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1/4 cup crushed garlic
- 3 teaspoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll each breast around 4 spears of asparagus and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Wash your hands.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour over the chicken, lifting it a little to distribute the sauce.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
