Ingredients
- 8 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 small head)
- 14 cup ranch dressing
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Bring water to boil in large saucepan.
- Add cauliflower; cool 15 minutes, or until caulifower is very tender.
- Drain cauliflower; return to saucepan.
- Add dressing; mash until cauliflower is lifht and fluffy.
- Sprinkle with onions.
