Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked-diced chicken
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. oil
- 2- 4 ounce cans green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 lb. cheddar or velveeta cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 - 10 inch flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. sour cream
Method
- Saute onions in oil. Add chicken, chilies and 2/3 of each cheese. Fry tortillas in small amount of oil for 20 -30 seconds, just to soften them.
