Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease a 2-quart casserole pan. Combine chicken, cheese, beans and spices in a large bowl; blend well.
- To prepare crust, combine flour, milk and butter; blend well.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
