- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears (better if fresh)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 3 chicken breasts, halved and cooked
- paprika
Method
- Cook broccoli using package instructions; drain.
- Melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
