Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Method
- Cook and bone chicken.
- Cut or tear into pieces.
- Add water chestnuts to chicken, then soup, mayonnaise and celery.
- Mix all together.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
