Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Method
- Mix all ingredients gently.
- On top, put 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1/4 stick melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 8.
