Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Method
- Add soup and curry powder to diced chicken in a saucepan.
- Add milk slowly.
- Should be saucelike.
- Serve warm over cooked rice.
