Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked macaroni
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
- 1 c. chopped cucumber
Method
- Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
- Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
- Toss with macaroni, chicken and cucumber.
- Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
- Makes 4 servings.
