Ingredients
- 4 lb. stewing chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 small carrots, diced
- 5 c. fresh corn (white, sweet)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Cover chicken with water and cook until tender.
- Remove from water; cool.
- Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Set aside.
