Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Italian bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- ham, thinly sliced
- Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- 2 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Wash and pound, with a kitchen mallet, the chicken breasts until nice and flat.
- Place on one chicken breast, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
- Roll and hold together with a toothpick.
- Dip in egg and roll in bread crumb mix.
- Fry in skillet until done on medium heat.
