Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Method
- Brown chicken and margarine in skillet.
- Add mushrooms. Cook until lightly brown. Stir. Add soup, water, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover
- and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil.

- simmer 10 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
