Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice

Method

  • Brown chicken and margarine in skillet.
  • Add mushrooms. Cook until lightly brown. Stir. Add soup, water, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover
  • and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil.
