Ingredients
- 1 chicken or 4 pieces breast
- broth from chicken
- 2 cans chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Cook chicken and debone; cut in pieces and spread in baking pan.
- Take two cans of cream of chicken soup and mix with milk. Heat and pour over chicken in baking pan.
- Saute onions and celery in butter.
- Take chicken broth and stuffing mix; add to onions and celery until you get desired thickness.
- Spread over chicken.
- Bake in oven at 400° until brown.
