Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 4 pieces breast
  • broth from chicken
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Method

  • Cook chicken and debone; cut in pieces and spread in baking pan.
  • Take two cans of cream of chicken soup and mix with milk. Heat and pour over chicken in baking pan.
  • Saute onions and celery in butter.
  • Take chicken broth and stuffing mix; add to onions and celery until you get desired thickness.
  • Spread over chicken.
  • Bake in oven at 400° until brown.
