Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 stacks Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Split into small pieces.
- Put in bottom of baking pan.
- Mix soup and sour cream together; spread on top of chicken.
- Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Pour on top of soup mixture.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
