Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 whole chicken (2 large or 3 small chicken breasts)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stack Ritz crackers (or less)
Method
- Cook chicken in water until done, remove chicken and put noodles in the water.
- Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain, then add mushroom soup, chicken soup and sour cream.
- Mix well.
- Then add chicken, stir together and mix well.
- Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Crumble crackers and pour over casserole. Then melt butter and pour over crackers.
- Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.
