Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 whole chicken (2 large or 3 small chicken breasts)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers (or less)

Method

  • Cook chicken in water until done, remove chicken and put noodles in the water.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain, then add mushroom soup, chicken soup and sour cream.
  • Mix well.
  • Then add chicken, stir together and mix well.
  • Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  • Crumble crackers and pour over casserole. Then melt butter and pour over crackers.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.
