Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice or 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
Method
- Mix well and pour into greased casserole.
- Cover with 2 cups corn flakes, crushed and mixed with 1/4 stick oleo.
- Bake at 350°.
