Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained (optional)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except dressing and margarine.
  • Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing mix lightly on top.
  • Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over the top.
  • Bake at 350° until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.
