Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients except dressing and margarine.
- Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing mix lightly on top.
- Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over the top.
- Bake at 350° until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.
