Ingredients
- 1 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds (I use pecans if I am out of almonds)
- 1 c. cornflakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Combine and mix all ingredients except last two (cornflakes and butter).
- Mix together cornflakes and butter.
- Put mixture in casserole dish.
- Top with cornflake mixture.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
