- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. cornmeal stuffing
Method
- Cook chicken; bone and skin.
- Cook celery and onion in butter until soft.
- Heat mushroom soup, chicken soup and broth; pour over stuffing, onion and celery and mix.
- Butter baking dish; place boned chicken.
- Cover with stuffing.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
