Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned and cut into thumb-size pieces
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Combine ingredients and place in ovenware dish.
- Make topping with one stack Ritz crackers, crumbled in 1 stick melted margarine.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake until bubbly hot or about 30 minutes.
- Serves about 8.
