Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (13 or 15 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (don't use but a little over 1/2 of it)
  • 1 stick margarine

Method

  • Cook chicken until done, then take off the bone.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Cook noodles in chicken broth until done.
  • Mix in chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and chicken.
  • Melt butter in casserole dish.
  • Crumble Ritz crackers in butter to make a small crust.
  • Pour in the mixed ingredients, then make a small crust on top.
  • Bake at 350° or 400° until brown on top, about 40 to 50 minutes.
