Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (13 or 15 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (don't use but a little over 1/2 of it)
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Cook chicken until done, then take off the bone.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Cook noodles in chicken broth until done.
- Mix in chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and chicken.
- Melt butter in casserole dish.
- Crumble Ritz crackers in butter to make a small crust.
- Pour in the mixed ingredients, then make a small crust on top.
- Bake at 350° or 400° until brown on top, about 40 to 50 minutes.
