Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 2 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled (save broth)
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 sticks butter
  • seasonings (i.e., green onions, onion; may be added if desired)

Method

  • Crush Ritz crackers and spread in bottom of casserole dish. Melt butter and drizzle over crackers, mixing well.
  • Mix chicken broth, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together; boil, stirring until smooth.
  • Add cut up chicken to sour cream mixture and pour over Ritz crackers.
  • Bake at 350° until sides are bubbly.
