Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 2 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled (save broth)
- 1 large container sour cream
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks butter
- seasonings (i.e., green onions, onion; may be added if desired)
Method
- Crush Ritz crackers and spread in bottom of casserole dish. Melt butter and drizzle over crackers, mixing well.
- Mix chicken broth, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together; boil, stirring until smooth.
- Add cut up chicken to sour cream mixture and pour over Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 350° until sides are bubbly.
