- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 tsp. mace
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 box raisins
- blanched almonds
- 3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
Method
- Saute parsley, peppers and onions in oil.
- Add tomatoes, mace, curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Simmer 45 minutes.
- Add raisins and chicken.
- Cook 20 minutes longer.
- Serve over rice with almonds on top.
