Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bacon, Canadian bacon or ham
- 4 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Method
- Pound chicken breasts to flatten.
- Place one slice cheese on each breast.
- Place 1 slice (halves) bacon on cheese slice. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon bread crumbs.
- Bring 2 sides of chicken together and secure with wooden pick.
- Place, seam side down, in buttered pan and brush each with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until tender.
