Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, Canadian bacon or ham
  • 4 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs

Method

  • Pound chicken breasts to flatten.
  • Place one slice cheese on each breast.
  • Place 1 slice (halves) bacon on cheese slice. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon bread crumbs.
  • Bring 2 sides of chicken together and secure with wooden pick.
  • Place, seam side down, in buttered pan and brush each with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until tender.
