Ingredients

  • 1 package (32 Oz. Size) Frozen Cut Broccoli
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk 12 Oz
  • 1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Divided
  • 2 cups Chicken, Cubed And Cooked
  • 1- 1/2 cup French Fried Onions

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the broccoli, soup, milk, and 1 cup of cheese in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, adding extra milk as needed for a creamy consistency.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and the French fried onions over the top.
  • Put back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole is bubbling.
  • Feel free to add extra cheese into the casserole and more on top as well.
  • There is no such thing as too much cheese here.
