Ingredients

  • 1 cut-up chicken, deboned
  • 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked rice
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • grated cheese

Method

  • In a large casserole baking dish, layer broccoli, chicken and rice.
  • Mix and add the chicken soup, sour cream and chicken broth. Top with crackers and melted butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Top with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes.
