Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can sherry
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
Method
- Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap.
- Cover with mushrooms (no juice).
- Combine
- mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream.
- Stir until
- well
- blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it.
- Dust
- with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serves 6.
