Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breasts (about 6)
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • white wine
  • Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
  • butter or margarine

Method

  • Put chicken breasts at bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Top each piece with Monterey Jack.
  • Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can white wine (no water). Heat on top of stove until smooth.
  • Pour onto chicken. Spread 1 box stuffing on top of cheese, bread crumbs first, then seasoning package.
  • Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.
