Ingredients
- boneless chicken breasts (about 6)
- Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- white wine
- Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- butter or margarine
Method
- Put chicken breasts at bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top each piece with Monterey Jack.
- Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can white wine (no water). Heat on top of stove until smooth.
- Pour onto chicken. Spread 1 box stuffing on top of cheese, bread crumbs first, then seasoning package.
- Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.
