Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, skinned and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 3/4 c. picante sauce
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. uncooked pasta
Method
- Cook chicken, onions and garlic in the oil in large saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in pasta.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
- Makes 8 cups.
