- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a large bowl, combine soups, rice, water and butter.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until tender.
