Ingredients
- 3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can bouillon broth
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 4 lb. chicken
Method
- Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil.
- Pour rice and bouillon in bottom.
- Place cut up chicken on top and then spread cream of mushroom soup on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover and seal aluminum foil.
- Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- This recipe also works well in the crock-pot.
