Ingredients

  • 3 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can bouillon broth
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 4 lb. chicken

Method

  • Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil.
  • Pour rice and bouillon in bottom.
  • Place cut up chicken on top and then spread cream of mushroom soup on top of chicken.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover and seal aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
  • This recipe also works well in the crock-pot.
