Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cup mixed veggies
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 1/2 oz campbell's creamy herbs & garlic with chicken stock soup

Method

  • Heat oven to 400F.
  • stir the soup vegetable chicken rice onion powder and black pepper in a 11 by 8 by 2 inch baking pan.
  • cover the baking pan or dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  • sprinkle with the cheese.
  • bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Dinner is served.
