Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 2 cup mixed veggies
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 1/2 oz campbell's creamy herbs & garlic with chicken stock soup
Method
- Heat oven to 400F.
- stir the soup vegetable chicken rice onion powder and black pepper in a 11 by 8 by 2 inch baking pan.
- cover the baking pan or dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- sprinkle with the cheese.
- bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Dinner is served.
