Ingredients

  • 2 c. minute rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Method

  • Approximately 6 pcs of white chicken or possibly a whole chicken may be used.
  • Put rice in bottom of long casserole dish or possibly oblong pan, which has been well greased.
  • Mix together soups and lowfat milk.
  • Pour this mix over the uncooked rice, mixing just a bit.
  • Arrange chicken on top.
  • Bake 45 min, covered, at 325 degrees or possibly till rice is tender.
