Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. boned cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- season to taste
- rice, enough cooked to serve your family
Method
- Boil chicken, let cool and then bone chicken.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, add chicken and cooked rice.
- Mix in both cans of soup.
- Add mushrooms to mixture.
- Season to taste.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Casserole should not be overdry, but not too moist.
