Ingredients
- 1 lb. chocolate, broken into chunks
- 1/4 pt. whipping cream
- 2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Slowly melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Be careful not to heat too quickly.
- Stir occasionally.
- When completely melted, remove from double boiler.
- Fold in whipped cream and powdered sugar.
- Place in refrigerator for approximately 2 hours or when able to form smooth balls.
