Ingredients
- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 c. chicken broth
- plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Season chicken and boil with celery and onion until tender. Remove from broth and cool.
- Remove meat from bone and save. Place broth in a large roaster and add enough water to equal 3 to 4 quarts liquid.
