Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- cornbread
- 8 eggs, boiled
- 2 onions, cut up
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. sage
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced down the middle
Method
- Cut up chicken and boil for 15 minutes.
- Bake cornbread.
- Cut up onions; crumble up cornbread.
- Take up chicken and use the broth.
- Put cornbread in pan.
- Pour broth over and put in onions. Sprinkle in sage.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Cut up eggs and place around dressing.
- Put sliced celery around dressing.
