Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing corn bread mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
Method
- Boil fryer for 1 hour or cook until done.
- Cool, debone and cut into large pieces.
- Mix melted margarine and stuffing together; spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top of stuffing.
- Mix soups with 2 cans of broth that chicken was cooked in.
- Pour soup over.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
